Troubleshooting

  • Account Compatibility: This integration has only been confirmed to work with Anglian Water accounts that were originally created using the older Anglian Water mobile application. Accounts created through the new app may not be compatible.
  • Smart Meter Requirement: This integration requires that you have a smart meter installed by Anglian Water. It will not function with traditional, non-smart water meters.
